On this iFast you follow a very easy schedule taking Pruvit products that help curb your appetite while helping your body remain fueled with protein and supported with Ketones. You start the morning with the OS AM pills which help you stay focused during the day, a Keto OS Nat and a Mito Plex. I use mix my Ketone with 33 oz of water and drink some extra water prior to starting them. At noon you get a Keto Pro and a High Protein Snack. This fills your body up with the proteins it needs to continue to provide you with good energy during the day. At 3 Pm you take a Fast-acting Keto OS. Then around 6-8 Pm you have a lower carb high protein dinner. When I started taking Pruvit Ketones I had no intention of ever doing a FAST. For me the word FAST has always been a four-letter word to me. Lower your carbohydrate intake. Focus on eating good proteins, veggies, fruits and other healthy fats. Do your best to get at least 30 minutes of Movement of some sort in each day. All of these things will help you get even better results.
